With every purchase of a new Lexus IS 350, NX 350, or TX 500h, you’ll have access to a complimentary maintenance plan. How Long Is the Basic Warranty?

Every new Lexus vehicle is backed by a basic limited warranty for 48 months or 50,000 miles1, covering repairs and adjustments needed to correct defects in materials or craftsmanship of any part supplied by Lexus. This means you won’t have to pay for repairs if you encounter any factory-related issues with your powertrain, tech features, or other components during your Newport News travels.

What Does the Powertrain Warranty Cover and How Long Does It Last?

The powertrain warranty lasts for 72 months or 70,0001 miles and covers repairs necessary to fix defects in the materials or craftsmanship of components in the engine system, transmission and transaxle, and the front- or rear-wheel drive system. 

Is There Rust/Corrosion Protection?

Yes. Lexus offers a corrosion perforation warranty that protects your vehicle's original body from rust-through, lasting 72 months1 with no mileage limit. While this coverage can go toward any defects the manufacturer is responsible for, it cannot go toward any damage caused by inclement weather or flying rocks or debris on I-64.

What About Warranty Coverage on Lexus Parts?

Genuine Lexus parts are covered for 12 months1 from the date the part was installed, or for the remainder of the new vehicle warranty, whichever provides greater coverage. This includes any repair or replacement necessary due to a defect in the service part. However, it should be noted that the parts warranty cannot go into effect if you cannot provide an installation or purchase date or if the part in question is considered to be part of normal maintenance. Additionally, labor costs are not covered if the part in question is an over-the-counter purchase.

Does Lexus Offer Complimentary Maintenance?

Yes, Lexus covers the first and second scheduled maintenance visits after purchase. This means your appointments at 6 months/5,000 miles and 12 months/10,000 miles2 will be free of charge. To take advantage of this benefit, visit our Service Department so we can keep your new Lexus running the best it can.

Is Roadside Assistance Included?

Around-the-clock Lexus Roadside Assistance3 is included with every new Lexus for four years with unlimited mileage, covering services like towing, flat tire changes, jump-starts, and lockout help. Additionally, certified pre-owned Lexus models include roadside assistance for two years with unlimited mileage. If you often travel well beyond places like Riverview Farm Park and would like extra peace of mind, you can enjoy Enhanced Roadside Assistance4 when you enroll in Safety Connect5 paid subscription services.

Her knowledge, genuineness, and the perfect balance of professionalism and sales guidance are exactly why I came back this past weekend. During my first visit, I originally test drove the TX and really enjoyed it. We talked through colors, features, and available and incoming models, all without any pressure — just helpful, transparent conversation. She sent updates and videos as I made thoughtful decisions on my next purchase and when. The service was ok ! Until I had to have a back and forth confrontation with sam about the inside cleaning of the van. I felt disrespected by his tone . As I was relating my concerns he asked if I wanted my money back. I told him this is not a way to handle things . Just clean the vehicle as it supposed to be cleaned. Then I gotten every excuse about why they wouldn’t put gas in the tank. After expressing my frustration and standing my ground. Everything was done correctly I also got gas. As a woman I felt like I was being taken for granted.

We actually only went to Priority Lexus to test drive the 2026 TX350. This car was so nice. It was extremely comfortable. After the test drive we told the salesperson, Brandon Hislop, we were not interested yet in purchasing any car. He gave us his business card and asked us to let him know if we had any questions. After we left, my husband and I talked a bit and decided it was the perfect car for him us. So about 30 minutes later we were back at Priority Lexus talking with Brandon about buying this car. It was a no hassle very nice buying experience. Everyone was very friendly. There was no pressure. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. Took my 13’ GS350 in for 170K maintenance and the service I received was top tier. What impressed me the most were two things: my quote for my service was already prepared when I arrived (early) and the waiting area was very clean and updated. The service center waiting area in VABeach is not as up to par as the Newport News location. Service representative was friendly and easy to talk to. The overall atmosphere was calm & cool vibes. The Lexus EV extended test drive should be the industry standard (overnight test and get to use it in your normal routine)! I should’ve had this post up April 3rd to describe the absolute wonderful experience I had in purchasing My this lovely beauty!!! I encountered some snags in getting it because as with other customers I shopped around did My own research online and almost brought a vehicle that I wasn’t in Love with due to it not car/available packages not being explained to me. On March 20th @7:45p I arrived at his lot and though the store was about to close but this young man took the time to explain specs about and details about this new model including answering a lot of My questions. He even got me exact color and package I wanted!!! He told Me to trust him and I’ve been on cloud nine ever since!!! Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very professional, extremely nice/polite made Me & My Finance feel so comfortable (no hassles)!!! As I waited for my car to be delivered he still answered all My questions and did an amazing job of keeping Me informed all the way down to sending me a video that My IS 350 had arrived. We drove down 2+ hours to pickup the car and arrived at 7:20p and we weren’t rushed because of closing!!!
